I recently received my first shipped order and I was blown away. All of the clothes came folded so neatly, packed tightly in the box and once the order shipped it was delivered within 2 business days. I also received a Facebook message from the Bettys team telling me my order had been delivered and to contact them if I had any concerns. All of the clothing met the exact description that was provided on the website. Most everything I purchased was listed as EUC and it looked like it had never been worn. The prices are amazing for the quality and the selection is always great. It certainly is not difficult to fill a box and get free shipping! I will most certainly be buying from them again and again!!

One word: outstanding.
I can't find anything better to explain my experience with Betty's closet. I dropped off a box of stuff, and was offered a cash return or Betty's cash ( to use on anything I want in store credit ) I decided to use the Betty's cash- and who wouldn't after looking through the adorable albums. I had a massive cart racked up and knocked my total down so fast by just using money from other clothes that no longer worked for us.
My questions were answered quickly, items were exactly EXACTLY as described and the prices were bang on.
It took the headache of me having to sell some stuff away. I am 100 % impressed by this transaction and very much look forward to my future sales/buying from Betty's

Very impressed with the shopping at Betty’s Consignment. I recently found this little gem and shopping online has never been easier. I’m local to Tillsonburg and love that I can pick up my order in like 1 hour of my cart check out AND so neat that I can pay in the store! They’re located walking distance from my home too, so that’s just another plus! Clothes I’ve gotten are in excellent used condition. So glad I found this place!
