Would you like to sell us your previously loved items right away without the hassle waiting for them to be sold or having to holding them for the right season?
We will sort through your drop off and items we feel align with customer demand we will purchase from you. You will be given an in store credit, E-transfer, or Paypal for what we purchase for resale. Items remaining will either be returned or donated as per your form.
Items may be dropped off to a nearby Betty’s location Monday through Sunday of your sign up week (sign up events located here) . There is a maximum of 1-2 diaper boxes (in size....bags or non diaper boxes are fine ;) ) per evaluation. If you have more to bring please contact us to discuss.
We will only accept boxes with a web form and a box identification to match. Items will be reviewed within one week of receiving them at the main location (Tillsonburg). We will not accept random porch drop offs.
We will review your items for condition and quality. Once we review your items we will send you a proposal of what we are willing to purchase along with the price offered. This price is determined using a database of the entire shop history (past sales per brand and condition to be as accurate as possible). Upon approval from you we will issue your payment and proceed to return or donate the unclaimed items (as per your form).
Unclaimed items must be promptly picked up once we have notified you that it has arrived at your nearest Betty location (unless you have chosen to have them donated). As our porch locations are limited in size please be as timely as possible to help us keep the space moving for everyone.
If the option to donate items is chosen it will apply to all unclaimed items in your drop off. Please be sure that you are confident in your choice as we clear out donations regularly…so once it’s gone… it’s gone!
What kinds of items do we accept
We will upon your approval of the proposal issue you a payment of either store credit, Etransfer, or Paypal. Enjoy more money back for your items with the Shop Credit option.
If for some reason you cannot promptly pick up your returned items you may make arrangements to have them delivered (at an additional charge) or have them donated. Please notify us if you need extra time to pick up your returns
We reserve the right to be selective in what items we choose to sell in the store.
By selling with us you are responsible for the acquisition of your items and claim them as your own
